1. Florist agreement

Ordering blooms from TARAB GLOBAL — specifically fresh cut flowers including roses, lilies, orchids, seasonal garden blooms, tropical varieties and bouquet classics — places you under this florist agreement from the first page view onward.

2. Studio proprietor

The floral studio is run by BELIM IMARAN (trade name TARAB GLOBAL), GSTIN 27AUDPI6916N1Z7, headquartered at GR-72, HARMONY COMMERCIAL, C-WING, Nr motilal nagar new link road goregaon (west), Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra 400062.

3. Stem & bouquet notes

Arrangements draw from fresh flowers, bouquets and seasonal blooms. Petal shade, bud openness and stem length naturally vary with cultivar, cutter's hand and ambient humidity on photo day.

• Quotes appear in Indian Rupees (₹) for cut stems and composed bouquets.
• Rare varieties may vanish from the vase list between greenhouse cycles.
• Stem tallies and wrap diameters are approximate within florist trade norms.

4. Recipient accounts

Gift and personal orders need a verified inbox. Floral buyers certify adult status or guardian oversight.

5. Bouquet billing

• Stems reserve once your prepaid charge succeeds or COD is locked in.
• Studio accepts UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery where couriers allow.
• COD bloom boxes may show a delivery surcharge on the payment step.

6. Court of jurisdiction

Floral commerce here is interpreted under Indian law. Legal challenges belong exclusively to courts near our studio registration.
